The ACLU California Action's white paper is an unprecedented report that reconsiders the outdated and potentially hazardous practice of using police canines in the state of California. The publication includes official data, records, and policies from over 37 police agencies. Weaponizing Dog's design aimed to capture the overall visual brand language of the ACLU and convey motifs of police evidence and graphics.
